This system is really user-friendly and simple to navigate, offering a ton of features you could want. The Time OFF view looks fantastic, allowing you to quickly check your team's presence. Support is quite helpful, but just a heads up, you may need to be patient for responses since they currently only provide email support.

For me and for the whole team, HiBob has been a total game-changer. The onboarding process, managing time off, the company structure, and yearly evaluations have all reached a new standard, and honestly, I don't believe we could have imagined it any better.

If we ever find ourselves wanting to do something that Hibob doesn’t support, they’re open to our suggestions and look into it with their product team to see what can be improved.

They’re always rolling out new features and genuinely strive to enhance the user experience.

Recently, we ditched Lattice and Peakon in favor of just using Hibob. Fingers crossed that as the product keeps evolving, we can do the same with some of our other tools.

You can set up various policies, time off, holiday calendars, and assign them to individual employees. You can send out official documents for signatures, onboard and offboard staff, delegate tasks, and keep all necessary information updated. Payroll management is also a breeze, and you can store historical data securely. You can request read receipts for documents and organize them in personal or company folders. Plus, you can manage benefits and assign them to specific individuals, as well as control permissions and views to protect privacy and sensitive company info.

This is hands down the best HRIS on the market right now, constantly updating with new features every quarter, seeking feedback, hosting webinars, and providing valuable insights to help you grow in your HR role.

Hibob is super easy to use and really puts people first. Their customer support is quick and approachable, plus it’s a tool that you can customize a lot to fit your needs. For all these reasons, I genuinely recommend Hibob.

My time with Hibob has been fantastic. I've been on this platform for about 4 months, and I find it easy to navigate and quick to pick up. That said, it's a bummer that you can't check out a document that another employee has asked you to sign.

HiBob has truly transformed our onboarding process and is fantastic at automating it. The info and reports I need come together in just minutes instead of hours. We're still figuring out all the perks of the system, but we've successfully utilized it for onboarding, performance evaluations, and feedback. One downside for us, as a consultancy that tracks billable hours, is that the time feature isn't quite right yet. I’d love to see NPS scores included in the surveys since we really miss that from our old survey tool, but I’ve heard it’s on the way, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed. There have been a few minor issues with the default settings, but whenever I’ve suggested changes, I’ve been assured they’re being addressed, and HiBob is always rolling out new features. The support team and my account manager respond quickly whenever I have questions. I’d definitely recommend HiBob to other companies; it’s an excellent tool for HR pros and super user-friendly for our staff.

Whenever I reached out via email to the support crew (whether in English or Hebrew), they got back to me super quick. They’re there every day of the week, always ready to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly. I’ve never encountered such a fantastic experience with support teams before.

The Bob platform is really user-friendly and fulfills all the requirements of our team. I've seen them consistently introduce new features and enhance their services for users. We're at our wits' end with HiBob. A few months back, we purchased it and have put in countless hours trying to get it up and running. We're still far from reaping any rewards from the system. There’s no helpful initial training, just a never-ending series of videos. It’s so maddening. Really let down. What a waste of cash.

As an HR coordinator, I interact with HiBob every day, and I can't recommend it enough. It's super user-friendly and packed with features like a staff directory for keeping employee info, adjusting salaries, setting goals, onboarding, and a whole lot more! Plus, you can create task flows that trigger automatically, so you don’t even have to think about them. Our team really engages with it too. I've tried other HR systems before, but HiBob is definitely the easiest to navigate and offers the most functionalities.
